LINDEN GALLERY.
Linden Galllery has been in operation since May 1994 when it opened with a very successful exhibition of Harold Lane's paintings.

Director, Jan Bulpitt, has been passionate about art all her life , but it was only after she had reared her family of three children that she felt courageous enough to start a venture promoting beautiful works of art. Another thing Jan is passionate about is the need for beautiful things in our lives. With so much ugliness in the world today , an ugliness that has also made its way into art and into music, Jan believes in the healing power of beauty.

Artists who exhibit regularly at LINDEN GALLERY include Gary Baker whose magnificent floral still life and landscapes in both oil and watercolour have been the source of great enjoyment for many years ; Robert Wilson , whose expertly executed paintings express his great love and understanding of the countryside in all its moods ; Eris Fleming , whose subject matter reflects his passion - inland Australia , its people and its history ; Colin Parker , who is best known for his figurative depiction of outback Australia in oils and his wife , Colleen , an impressionist painter in oils and some acrylics. Although now in his eighties , Harold Lane continues to produce superb representational paintings of Australia , its landscapes and its people.
Heather Bell is a highly respected art teacher in the Tweed area and is equally well- known for her watercolours and her acrylics. Born in Wagga Wagga , country life was always to feature as a subject in her paintings.

LINDEN GALLERY features three exhibitions a year , each of which runs for two weeks on a daily basis. Outside these exhibition times , the gallery is open with a mixture of works at weekends, 11 a.m - 5 p.m. , or by appointment. As well as a wonderful collection of original paintings , the gallery features from time to time , some superb bronzes and ceramics . The GARY BAKER EXHIBITION.

The Gary Baker Exhibition opened on Sunday November 12th at at the Linden Gallery in Bilambil and is open daily until Sunday 26th November.
